My name is Anne Heinritz and I am a pediatric physical therapist and a former client of Lifetime of Love. We found our amazing nanny, Debra, through Carson and she has become part of our family. Just by chance, Carson and I recently connected at a coffee shop and I updated her on my new private practice- Ready to Roll Physical Therapy!
Ready to Roll Physical Therapy is a comprehensive clinic for medically complex children, wheelchair users, and adults with developmental disabilities. I have experience working with a large variety of diagnoses and ages. One of my favorite areas of practice is NICU grads, especially as I am a former NICU mama of a 33-weeker! He is now 2.5 years old– running, talking, and memorizing all the construction equipment.
As part of my practice, I also offer consultations for parents of newborns who are struggling with tummy time. Tummy time can be a frustrating experience for parents and newborns often resulting in parents decreasing the amount of tummy time daily due to stress. Newborns are also less likely to benefit from tummy time when they are too frustrated and upset for active participation. Consultations are a good fit for newborns who have no developmental delays but are not able to tolerate tummy time. They also benefit exhausted parents who are feeling overwhelmed and nervous that their newborn is becoming distressed on their tummy.
Consultations rates are $25 for every 15 minute increment (i.e. 45 minute consultation is $75). A 30 minute minimum is required to book. Both in-home and zoom consultations are available. As they are not considered to be physical therapy services, insurance cannot be billed for consultations. Billing through insurance is an option for a comprehensive physical therapy evaluation for a child with a known or suspected deficit.
