Hello! My name is Derika Mosher, and I am originally from Las Vegas, Nevada, having relocated to Southern California in 2023. From a young age, I developed a deep passion for childcare and early development, inspired by watching my mother work as a professional in the field. Observing her dedication shaped my understanding of what exceptional care truly looks like.
I am a nurse by trade, beginning my career in medical-surgical care before transitioning into case management. These roles demanded precision, discretion, and compassionate leadership, while also allowing me to work closely with families navigating complex life dynamics. Through this work, I gained a profound appreciation for how deeply personalized care impacts not only individuals, but entire households, particularly for working parents striving to balance demanding careers with family life.
Through this work, I became increasingly aware of a significant gap in specialized childcare options for working parents, particularly professional women seeking a more personalized experience. Many families need care that was not only safe and reliable, but also intentional, flexible, and tailored to their household values. Drawing from my nursing background and my experience advocating for families, I fell called to offer a solution that reflected the same standards of excellence found in healthcare: individualized attention, consistency, and uncompromising professionalism.

I’m Jeremy, co-owner of Lifetime of Love Nannies – West Los Angeles. My background is rooted in
hospitality and high-touch customer service, where I learned that exceptional care comes from
anticipation, attention to detail, and genuine connection. I bring a commitment to world-class
service, thoughtful communication, and a concierge-style approach to supporting families and
caregivers.
Earlier in my career, I worked within the family law space, supporting households through complex
and often sensitive transitions. That experience instilled in me a deep understanding of the unique
challenges families face and the importance of discretion, empathy, and clear communication.
Growing up with a mother who ran multiple childcare facilities across the Las Vegas valley, quality
childcare has always been part of my life and something I approach with both care and intention.
Now, as a new father, this work is deeply personal to me. I understand how important it is to feel
complete confidence and peace of mind when choosing care for your child. My goal is to provide
West Los Angeles families with a seamless, elevated experience by thoughtfully pairing them with
