I was born and raised in Reno, Nevada, and moved to Florida thirteen years ago, where my career in caregiving began. Starting in Early Childhood Education, I discovered my passion for helping others and soon transitioned into nursing to make a broader impact.

As a Registered Nurse for over eight years, I’ve gained experience in Cardiac Care, Intra-Operative Nursing, and Case Management, which has taught me the importance of safety, compassion, and individualized attention in every aspect of care. My work has always centered on creating supportive, trustworthy environments for both patients and families.

Over time, my lifelong dedication to helping children grew into a mission to support families more fully. I now focus on connecting families with qualified, compassionate nannies, bringing the same standards of care and professionalism from my nursing background to family care services. That’s why I have become a Co-Owner with Lifetime of Love Nannies.

My goal is to provide families with safe, reliable, and compassionate childcare that gives parents peace of mind and children the care they deserve. At the heart of everything I do is a commitment to putting families first.

Hi, I’m Valentina Schilling — a Registered Nurse, caregiver at heart, and someone who truly believes it takes a village to care for a family. Born and raised in Reno, Nevada, I discovered early on that my purpose in life is helping others feel safe, supported, and cared for.

My nursing career began at a Level II trauma center, where I worked in the NICU, Pediatric Emergency Department, Neurology, and General Surgery. Those years taught me the importance of compassion, trust, and attention to detail — lessons I carry with me into every part of my work today. After several years in nursing and case management, I realized my passion went beyond hospitals and clinics — I wanted to help families directly, right where care matters most: at home.

That vision inspired me to co-found Village Home Health and later Forthright Case Management, both built on the belief that everyone deserves high-quality, compassionate care. Now, I’m bringing that same dedication to families through safe, reliable, and nurturing nanny services as a Co-Owner of Lifetime of Love Nannies.

My mission is simple — to give families peace of mind by connecting them with caregivers who are not only experienced and dependable, but who truly care. I believe every child deserves to be surrounded by warmth and safety, and every parent deserves to know their little one is in loving hands.
